We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Beyond Payments (Ancillary Services) to lead the expansion of value-added offerings that enhance customer loyalty, improve operational efficiency, and generate new revenue streams.
This role focuses on elevating our portfolio of ancillary products—including Factoring, Fuel Tax Reporting, Permits, EDGE Tire, and Fuel Management—while exploring new offerings such as insurance, carbon emission reporting, earned wage access, and other complementary services.
This is a strategic individual contributor role with high visibility and cross-functional responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with engineering, legal, operations, sales, and partner teams to define and execute product strategies that extend WEX's value to OTR customers.
What You'll Do
Own the product vision and roadmap for a portfolio of ancillary services, aligning with WEX's broader OTR strategy and customer needs.
Enhance and scale existing offerings, including Factoring, Permits, Fuel Tax, EDGE Tire, and other value-added services.
Lead discovery and validation efforts for new opportunities like insurance, ESG solutions, and financial wellness tools.
Evaluate build, partner, or buy options, working with business development, legal, and finance teams to assess feasibility and ROI.
Define and monitor KPIs to measure adoption, engagement, customer impact, and revenue growth across the portfolio.
Partner with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies and support commercial success.
Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader for ancillary services within the OTR ecosystem.
What You'll Bring
5-7+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, mobility, logistics, compliance, or B2B SaaS.
Experience managing a portfolio or launching new offerings in emerging or adjacent spaces.
Proven success in customer discovery, market validation, and go-to-market execution.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills to evaluate opportunities strategically and financially.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
Excellent communication skills to advocate for your product vision across all stakeholder levels.
Experience in the OTR, transportation, or fleet services industry is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees are a plus.

The pay range for this role is $113,000 to $150,000, with actual compensation based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Most sales roles are eligible for commissions, while non-sales roles may be eligible for bonuses.
