Skyrocket Ventures is actively recruiting for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive an AI/Computer Vision based video security product from roadmap to execution. The role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, with a fast‑paced startup culture and an emphasis on individual contributor impact.

You will partner with engineering and design to ship high‑impact features, gather customer feedback, and continually improve performance, reliability, and user experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the flagship AI-powered video security product end‑to‑end with the Head of Product.

Sr. Product Manager - AI + Computer Vision Startup

Sunnyvale, CA

The company can hire PMs at any level of experience as long as they are happy to be an individual contributor in a flat PM org where every PM is free to make maximal impact. There are expected to be leadership opportunities later as the company grows, but it would not be a fit for someone who has a strong desire to manage people at any point in the near future.

The position is based in the company's office in Sunnyvale. The company seeks candidates who are excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment in the company's office 5 days/week. Work hours average 45-50 per week, and will require 2-3 calls/week with offshore team members which you could meet with at either 7 am or 8 pm.

The company's product involves AI, computer vision, video, and physical security. It is helping businesses to improve security, reduce costs, and operate more efficiently.

The company has about 100 employees (30 in Sunnyvale), 30 engineers (10 in Sunnyvale), and 3 PMs (in Sunnyvale). It has raised series B funding and is rapidly growing.

The company will pay up to $250k in salary, plus equity which could be lucrative

Job Responsibilities

• Owning the flagship AI-powered video security product end-to‑end, working closely with the Head of Product to define and execute the product roadmap and AI strategy.
• Defining and executing the roadmap for the company's AI-powered video security platform.
• Leading the evolution of the product into the industry's most advanced AI-driven video system by identifying new opportunities, prioritizing features, and driving execution.
• Partnering with Engineering and Product Design to rapidly deliver high quality, user‑centric features and product enhancements.
• Continuously testing the product, identifying bugs and usability issues, and proactively driving improvements to performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Collaborating with Sales and customers to identify product gaps, gather feedback, and prioritize initiatives that maximize customer value and business impact.
• Analyzing competitors, customer needs, and deal outcomes to continuously strengthen the product's competitive positioning and increase win rates.
• Ensuring the platform continues to differentiate itself as the market‑leading Physical AI solution through innovation and execution.
• Working cross‑functionally with Engineering, Product Design, Sales, and customers to scale a product with strong product‑market fit into a category‑defining AI platform.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in in Computer Science or other type of Engineering.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong bias for action with proven ability to deliver on aggressive timelines.
• Passion for building at the speed of a fast‑growing startup.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
