To excel in this role, you must take command of your product, lead multiple team’s efforts, and deeply understand what problems your customers are trying to solve. You've worked with Agile teams, understand the rhythms of product delivery cycles, and are adept at creating and prioritizing product roadmaps. You have held roles where you regularly communicate and defend ideas to a broad audience of stakeholders. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Experience: You'll have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 8‑10 years of progressive experience as a product manager, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Structured problem‑solving: Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguity, analyze complex problem spaces, and approach problems with curiosity and a drive to understand.
• Collaboration & leadership: Thrive on gathering diverse perspectives, aligning teams, and influencing decisions across leadership, product, engineering, design, and business operations.
• Communications & storytelling: Distill complex ideas into clear, actionable narratives for both technical and non‑technical audiences, articulating a compelling product vision.
• Customer focus: Passion for understanding client needs and crafting solutions that deliver meaningful results. Experience with user research and applying UI/UX principles is a plus.
• Bonus experience: MBA degree, management consulting experience, HCM domain knowledge, or familiarity with small business challenges.
