Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a Senior Product Manager to define and execute the product vision for enterprise distribution platforms, including WMS, LMS, YMS, WES, and WCS. You will partner with IT, engineering, and operations to improve warehouse throughput, labor productivity, inventory accuracy, and end-to-end fulfillment visibility.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise product management, deep knowledge of warehouse operations, and experience with integrating OMS/TMS/ERP.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management in enterprise supply chain or distribution tech.
• Experience delivering or managing WMS, LMS, YMS, WES, or WCS platforms.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and fulfillment flows.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision for distribution systems (WMS, LMS, YMS, WES, WCS).
• Lead cross-functional agile teams spanning IT, operations, and automation to deliver scalable solutions.
• Own backlog, epics, and user stories aligned to core warehouse workflows (receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, yard execution).
• Drive KPI-based prioritization and continuous improvement for throughput, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
