Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives around warehouse technology in a large-scale distribution environment. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience owning enterprise software products and roadmaps.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across business and technical teams.
  • Deep experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) supporting distribution, fulfillment, and supply chain operations.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and labor processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven leadership in managing priorities and leading through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for warehouse technology platforms (WMS, WCS, LMS, and automation).
  • Lead initiatives supporting warehouse management, control systems, and labor management to optimize operations.

  • Facilitate discovery sessions, gather requirements, prioritize features, and oversee delivery.
  • Translate operational challenges into scalable technology solutions.

  • Foster cross-functional alignment among business and technical teams.
  • Prioritize user stories, requirements, and product enhancements with development teams.
  • Support warehouse automation projects (conveyors, robotics, AS/RS, integrations).
  • Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to shape future strategies.

Position Summary

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on warehouse management and automation technologies within a large-scale distribution environment. This role requires a blend of deep supply chain systems expertise and strong product management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Operations, Engineering, Architecture, Software Development, and senior leadership. The initial focus will be on a Labor Management System rollout, with opportunities to influence broader warehouse technology roadmaps.


Key Responsibilities


  • Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for warehouse technology platforms, including WMS, WCS, LMS, and automation solutions.

  • Lead initiatives supporting warehouse management, control systems, and labor management to optimize operational performance.

  • Partner closely with operations, distribution centers, software engineering, enterprise architecture, and IT leadership to ensure alignment and delivery of solution enhancements.

  • Facilitate discovery sessions, gather requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the delivery process.

  • Translate operational challenges into scalable and innovative technology solutions.

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through implementation and ongoing improvement.

  • Foster cross-functional alignment among business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Work with development teams to prioritize user stories, requirements, and product enhancements.

  • Support warehouse automation projects involving conveyors, robotics, automated storage and retrieval systems, and system integrations.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data-driven insights to shape future strategies.


Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

The following expertise will significantly enhance your consideration:



  • Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS, Honeywell warehouse technologies, and other warehouse control and execution systems.

  • Knowledge of supply chain automation, robotics, material handling, conveyor controls, and automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS).

  • Experience with third-party software integration platforms and large enterprise distribution systems.

  • Familiarity with Blue Yonder, RedPrairie, and other supply chain management solutions.

  • Proven success supporting automation initiatives involving conveyors, robotics, and fulfillment technology.
