Globalgate IT Solutions LLC is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the CAI modernization project's vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will gather requirements, convert them into actionable user stories, and collaborate with architects, developers, UX/UI teams, and vendors to drive delivery.

You will lead Agile ceremonies, define success metrics, and ensure security, WCAG 2.1 accessibility, data privacy, and compliance across the initiative.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Product Management experience leading large-scale public-sector modernization projects.
• Experience modernizing legacy applications or leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience gathering user stories from multiple business stakeholders.
• Experience creating and managing product backlogs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
• Experience overseeing and testing large data conversions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Define and track KPIs and product success metrics.
• Support change management, user adoption, and training.
• Ensure the product meets security, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), data privacy, and compliance standards.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to IT leadership and business stakeholders.
• Oversee and support testing, including large-scale data conversion testing.
