The post purchase team at Visa is looking for a hands‑on and strategic Product Manager / Product Builder to lead the development of our data integration platform and own our Dispute Management product which is part of our post purchase solutions. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, data infrastructure, and AI-driven automation, and is critical to enabling scalable, reliable integrations across a diverse ecosystem of data sources. You will own high‑impact product areas focused on post‑purchase workflows, dispute lifecycle management, and integrations with external systems (issuers, acquirers, and partners). You will be able to work on both customers facing solutioning and articulate complex technical solutioning into simple and effective messaging.
You will define and execute the roadmap for how we ingest, normalize, and operationalize data—leveraging modern integration patterns and AI to improve speed, resilience, and intelligence.
This role requires someone who can think at the system level while also diving deep into execution details.
You’ll be building the foundation that enables the business to scale—turning fragmented data into a cohesive, intelligent system. Your work will directly impact speed of integration, quality of insights, and ability to innovate using AI.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $152,200 to $270,800 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
