This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact initiative focused on transforming meeting and communication experiences. You will be the driving force behind migrating to a new platform, integrating cutting-edge AI-powered transcription capabilities, and enhancing the client’s digital experience. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration from the current meeting platform to a new solution, ensuring a seamless transition for users.
  • Oversee the integration of a call recording solution with the new meeting platform, maintaining compliance and enhancing communication records.
  • Drive the implementation of AI-powered transcription capabilities to generate meeting summaries and action items, boosting productivity and efficiency.
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for enhancing the client’s digital experience, enabling them to access post-meeting information seamlessly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead product testing and quality assurance efforts to guarantee a smooth and user-friendly experience.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment, with a track record of successful product launches.
  • Deep understanding of meeting platforms, communication technologies, and integration solutions.
  • Experience with product requirement gathering, documentation, and execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $76.14 to $84.6 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
