JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title : Product Manager (Retail or E-commerce Industry)

Location : 100% Remote

Job Duration : 6 months Contract with possible extension (W2)

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to join our team in San Francisco. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and operations—to deliver innovative solutions that align with both market demands and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Work cross-functionally to gather requirements, define features, and ensure delivery of impactful solutions.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Translate complex business problems into clear, technical requirements and product documentation.
• Ensure product development stays aligned with organizational goals and evolving market demands.
• Develop and maintain clear, user-focused documentation for both internal and external users.
• Drive product innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging user data and feedback.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–6 years of experience in a Product Manager role or similar.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in writing technical documents and end-user documentation.
• Proven ability to lead requirements development and translate business needs into technical features.
• Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Loyalty and/or CRM products is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
