Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services seeks a Technical Support Engineer to assist the production team and perform failure analyses. You will coordinate escalations with clients and set up the repair line with ESD tools and grounding in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Computer or Electrical Engineering, 3–5 years hardware experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with Office tools and hardware debugging is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience in computer hardware engineering.
• Hands on Experience in hardware assembly and disassembly on computing devices.
• Requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have strong Office suite knowledge (excel, word etc.).
• Requires moderate knowledge of UEFI, WINPE, CMD, Batch files, SDK, ADK, Configuration files.
