Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Product Engineer to join a client in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The role is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities include providing technical support to the production team, performing failure analysis, conducting root cause analysis, and coordinating with clients and internal teams. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, hardware experience, and strong communication skills. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering.
• Experience in computer hardware engineering.
• Hands on Experience in hardware assembly and disassembly on computing devices.
• Requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have strong Office suite knowledge (excel, word etc.).
• Requires moderate knowledge of UEFI, WINPE, CMD, Batch files, SDK, ADK, Configuration files.
• Effectively communicate concepts and solutions with various levels of the organization.
• Effectively liaison between Company and Client.
• Must be able to work cross-functionally with minimal supervision.
• Requires strong analytical and statistical skills.
• Requires flexibility to work overtime for special projects or business supports.
