Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Product Engineer in Fort Worth, Texas for a full-time, direct-hire, onsite role. You will support production teams, perform failure analysis, and drive root-cause investigations on hardware products.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, has hands-on hardware assembly experience, and strong communication and Office Suite skills. The role requires coordination with local and client teams and may include overtime for special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering.
• Experience in computer hardware engineering.
• Hands-on experience in hardware assembly and disassembly on computing devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong Office suite knowledge (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Moderate knowledge of UEFI, WINPE, CMD, Batch files, SDK, ADK, Configuration files.
• Able to communicate concepts and solutions across organizational levels.
• Liaise effectively between Company and Client.
• Able to work cross-functionally with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills.
• Willingness to work overtime for special projects or business support.

• Contact client for escalations.
• Set up repair line including ESD tools and grounding.
• Identify optimum analytical approaches critical to problems.
• Requires communication with local and overseas team via emails and conference calls.
• Prepare parts and components for Factory team second level failure analysis.
• Work inside customer lab.
