Job summary

Avero is seeking a Senior Product Engineer in Fort Wayne, IN to lead product development from concept through production launch. You will own requirements, drive mechanical design, and coordinate cost, testing, and launch readiness with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include reviewing 3D models and drawings, leading design risk assessments, validation testing, and engineering changes while mentoring other engineers and collaborating with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of product development, design engineering, or new product introduction experience in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical design, GD&T, materials, and manufacturing knowledge.
