Job Title: Product Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the design, development, and enhancement of complex products.

• Translate product requirements into efficient, scalable engineering solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers.

• Manage the product development lifecycle and align with strategic goals.

• Drive innovation and identify improvement opportunities.

• Develop and manage project plans, track progress, and mitigate risks.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project execution.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee testing and validation to ensure product reliability.

• Document design processes and technical decisions.

• Communicate engineering updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Work closely with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure robust, producible designs.

• Conduct risk analyses and present findings internally.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• At least 5 years of product engineering experience.

• Strong knowledge of product development and engineering best practices.

• Proficiency in GD&T, stack-up analysis, FEA, DFMEA, and 3D modeling.

• Proven ability to lead technical projects.
