Job summary

engineeringjobs.net, Inc. is seeking a senior Lead Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of complex electromechanical products from concept through production.

You will model in CAD, run FEA, perform GD&T, and optimize designs for manufacturability. You will coordinate cross-functional projects, manage suppliers and engineering changes, mitigate technical risks, and mentor junior engineers on the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 8+ years of experience developing and launching complex electromechanical products.
• Strong machine-design, CAD/FEA, GD&T, manufacturing, verification-testing, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design and development of electromechanical products from concept through production.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, manage suppliers and engineering changes, mitigate technical risks.
