The Anywhere UX team is a rapidly growing group, positioned as a thought leader within the company. We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team and revolutionize real estate technology interactions. As a Senior UX Designer, you will create delightful, intuitive, user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms, guiding product development with your design skills and strategic thinking. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, demonstrating your ability to negotiate, make trade-offs, and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

1. User Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences. Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify improvement areas. Translate insights into actionable design strategies.
2. Information Architecture and Wireframing: Develop clear information architectures and user flows. Create detailed wireframes and prototypes. Collaborate with teams to gather feedback and iterate.
3. Interaction Design and UI Development: Design intuitive interfaces aligning with brand. Develop prototypes to validate concepts. Work with developers for seamless implementation.
4. Usability Testing and Iteration: Conduct usability tests, analyze results, and refine designs. Continuously iterate based on feedback.
5. Design System and Guidelines: Contribute to and maintain a design system. Establish guidelines and best practices.
6. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders. Mentor junior designers, fostering growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design for web and mobile.
• Strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, InVision, etc.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Up-to-date with UX trends and technologies.
