The Anywhere UX team is a rapidly growing group recognized as a thought leader within the company. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join us and revolutionize real estate technology interactions. You will create intuitive, user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms, guiding product development to stay competitive and user-friendly. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to negotiate, make trade-offs, and make informed decisions is essential.

Responsibilities

1. User Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences. Analyze behaviors and feedback to identify improvements and innovations. Translate insights into design strategies and product enhancements.
2. Information Architecture and Wireframing: Develop clear information architectures and user flows. Create wireframes and prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate.
3. Interaction Design and UI Development: Design visually appealing, intuitive interfaces aligned with the brand. Develop prototypes and work with development teams for seamless implementation.
4. Usability Testing and Iteration: Conduct usability testing, analyze results, and refine designs based on feedback and requirements.
5. Design System and Guidelines: Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system and establish best practices.
6. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. Mentor junior designers and foster a learning culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in designing web and mobile user experiences.
• Strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, InVision.
