Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for assigned process groups, including solar cell manufacturing.
• Optimize and improve solar cell conversion efficiency, yield, reliability and cost.
• Identify causes and resolve production issues using problem‑solving methods.
• Lead, mentor and train process technicians on daily tasks.
• Develop and improve SOPs, FMEA, control plans and related documentation.
