Key Responsibilities: Sr. Process Engineer

• Lead and manage key engineering projects, including capital project execution.
• Evaluate and optimize daily production results.
• Design, improve, and implement new operational plant processes.
• Develop and execute continuous process improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues and develop corrective actions for ongoing improvement.

About You

We seek engineers who strive for excellence and are eager for increased responsibility.

• BSc in Chemical Engineering or related engineering field.
• At least five years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of basic chemical unit operations and Process Safety Management (PSM) systems.

Experience in chemical processes or production is beneficial but not required.

The estimated annual pay range is $115,324.80 - $144,156.00, bonus eligible. Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and role alignment. During interviews, there will be opportunities to discuss your fit within this range.
