Job Overview
The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer is a hands-on position responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing equipment and processes to produce high-quality injection molded products. This role involves coordinating molding efforts during new program launches, setting up and revising manufacturing processes, and assisting with problem solving and continuous process improvement projects. Additionally, the engineer mentors and trains molding process setup technicians and factory maintenance personnel.
