Senior Process Engineer

Location: Aiken, SC

We are partnering with a privately owned company in the textile industry to find a Senior Process Engineer. This role is ideal for a dynamic, hands-on individual with strong leadership skills and a background in manufacturing. The Senior Process Engineer will collaborate closely with both the maintenance and engineering departments, lead cross-functional project teams, and maintain ISO controls.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead engineering department initiatives to enhance quality and process improvement.
2. Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO controls.
3. Work directly with customers and internal teams to address quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
4. Develop the technical skills of team members in quality and process management.
5. Collaborate with operators and other teams on the floor to drive continuous improvement.
6. Travel to customer sites as needed to ensure successful project execution and resolve operational issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Associates considered).
