We have the flexibility to hire this role at corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA or Buffalo, NY. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week in office and 2 days a week remote.
This role serves as the business and accounting subject matter expert for the General Ledger (GL) process within SAP. The successful candidate will leverage their accounting expertise to review and validate financial transactions, ensure data accuracy, support compliance requirements, and drive process improvements across the organization.
This is not a technical SAP support, development, or configuration role. Rather, we are seeking an accounting professional who has experience working within the SAP environment and understands how financial transactions flow through the system.
This is a great fit for an Sr Accountant who enjoys combining accounting expertise with process improvement, business process analysis, and UAT testing to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of financial operations.
Will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of financial products through rigorous testing and validation processes. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to monitor release schedules, participate in design sessions, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT).
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600.00 - $165,900.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
