Working closely with R&D group to develop, integrate and enhance 3D-IC solutions, including 3D-IC system planning, implementation, and analysis/verification, and Agentic AI applications.
Collaborating with the field teams in customer engagement and providing technical support and guidance.
Communicating and coordinating with multiple R&D groups and field teams to enable 3D-IC solutions to customers.
The annual salary range for California is $154,000 to $286,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
