Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is seeking an experienced Sr Principal Industrial Security Analyst 4 to serve as the Security Lead for a portfolio of classified programs at the Annapolis, MD campus. The duties and responsibilities of this position include the following:
Perform as the Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) responsible for the management and oversight of multiple classified programs and facilities.
Direct interface with Government Security Officers in support of ongoing security tasks and requirements, investigations, and security audits.
Oversee the management and physical accreditation of SCIFs; enforce compliance with ICD 705 and other government policies and procedures.
Perform periodic self-inspections of SCIFs and participate in Government compliance inspections.
Provide advice and counsel on security matters/activities that affect programs.
Investigate security infractions/violations and prepare reports and take remedial actions, as necessary.
Understand government policy and directives to apply solutions to complex tasks/challenges/assignments that are in compliance with policy.
Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
Make classification determinations and interpretations; consult with the Government when a determination cannot be made.
Conduct security briefings to include program indoctrinations, annual refresher training, foreign travel briefings, and others as needed.
The candidate must be able to obtain a polygraph. The candidate must have relevant experience in industrial security programs and a strong interpersonal skillset.
