Northrop Grumman is looking for a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO)/Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst 4. The candidate must have relevant experience supporting industrial security programs, a strong working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), and the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). The successful candidate must be a self-starter requiring minimal supervision, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, make decisions amid ambiguity, and meet deadlines. Must possess the ability to travel to the Annapolis Junction site (15-20% of time) and respond on-site to occasional after-hours alarms.
Develops and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Prepares manuals outlining regulations and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Maintains a close working relationship with customer OPSEC team and stakeholders. Provides security education and conducts security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

Salary Range: $104,900 - $157,300
Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
