Northrop Grumman is looking for a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO)/Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst 4. The candidate must have relevant experience supporting industrial security programs. Strong working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) and the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) is required. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, make decisions amid ambiguity, and meet deadlines. The successful candidate must be a self-starter requiring minimal supervision and possess the ability to travel to the Linthicum MD site (15-20% of time) and respond on-site to occasional after-hours alarms.
Develops and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Maintains close working relationships with customer OPSEC team and stakeholders. Provides security education and conducts security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive actions to be taken.

Salary Range: $109,900 - $164,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
