Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Power System Planning & Study Engineer to join their Power Delivery team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves coordinating and developing power system planning studies and performing various analyses for clients across North America.

The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of experience in power system study, proficiency in software such as PSS®E and PSCAD, and familiarity with North American Market Operators. Competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of direct experience with power system study, analysis and planning.
• Familiar with North American Market Operators' policies, guidelines, regulations.
• Experience with grid interconnection and performance planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver power system study and planning projects.
• Perform power systems analysis including load-flow and short-circuit.
• Maintain coordination with other business units for project scopes and budgets.
