Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Power System Planning & Study Engineer to join the Power Delivery team in the USA. The role involves coordinating study work, performing load-flow, transient, and stability analyses, and delivering high-quality reports for clients across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of direct power system study and planning experience.
• Proficient with PSS/E, PSCAD; familiar with MISO, PJM, NE-ISO, NY-ISO, CAISO, ERCOT, SSP, AESO, IESO policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop power system study and planning projects for clients.
• Perform load-flow, short-circuit, transient stability and other analyses.
• Deliver reports and studies meeting industry standards and client requirements.
• QA client reports and collaborate with Arcadis teams for cross-selling opportunities.
• Travel up to 25% to client sites and meetings.
