Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Sr. Power System Planning & Study Engineer to join their Power Delivery team in Raleigh, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of experience in power system study and planning, proficient with critical software like PSS®E and PSCAD. This role requires excellent communication skills and may involve travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of direct experience with power system study, analysis and planning.
• Proficient in load-flow, short-circuit, transient stability analysis.
• Familiar with North American Market Operators policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver complex power system study and planning projects.
• Perform and review power systems analysis activities.
• Maintain coordination with other Arcadis Business Units for opportunities.
