Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across digital channels. This role is critical to driving customer acquisition, increasing ROI, and supporting full-funnel marketing strategies through paid search, paid social, programmatic, and other performance channels.

  1. Own the day-to-day management of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic display/retargeting, and CTV platforms (e.g., MNTN, Vibe).
  2. Implement and QA conversion tracking for all campaigns using tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), UTM parameters, conversion pixels, and first-party tracking solutions.
  3. Develop and execute paid media and retargeting strategies aligned with cross-functional goals (CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.).
  4. Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time optimizations to improve ROAS, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.
  5. Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ad creative, copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  6. Partner with creative teams to produce platform-specific ad assets, including static, video, and carousel ads.
  7. Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and reporting across all campaigns.
  8. Regularly report on campaign insights and optimization recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  9. Stay current on emerging platforms, algorithm changes, and paid media trends.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Certifications in one or more of these areas are strongly preferred: Google Analytics (GA4 Certified), Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing, or HubSpot.
  • Experience with healthcare, B2B, B2B2C, B2C, or regulated industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) in digital advertising.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, with direct ownership of paid media campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and CTV platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of tracking tools and methods: Google Tag Manager, UTM structures, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, etc.
  • Experience building and managing retargeting audiences across platforms.
  • Understanding of multi-channel attribution and the customer journey.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Travel

Travel may be required twice per year for team and company meetings.
