The Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) integrated operating unit strives to improve and save lives of people with cardiac arrhythmias. Our portfolio includes pacemakers, defibrillators, and implantable cardiac monitors, which transmit data to help clinicians make informed treatment decisions over a device's lifetime. This data is used via programmers, patient device monitors, and the Carelink software, forming our Patient Care Systems (PCS) portfolio.

We are hiring a passionate, strategic Marketing Specialist to lead the creation and execution of marketing plans that communicate the value of Medtronic's Remote Monitor portfolio to patients, clinicians, and field teams. The Senior Marketing Specialist will collaborate with PCS product managers and sales leaders to develop tactics and programs that increase awareness, belief, and adoption of our Remote Monitoring technologies, ultimately improving patient quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing and communication plans across various channels to promote our CRM Patient Monitoring products and technologies in the US.
  • Track and analyze marketing ROI, optimizing campaigns to demonstrate value.
  • Advise the Patient Care Systems team on customer preferences, messaging, market needs, and strategy.
  • Gather competitive intelligence and execute campaigns to enhance brand preference.
  • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), lead customer meetings, and gather physician feedback to influence strategy.
  • Support educational programs for physicians, hospital staff, and Medtronic employees on product use.
  • Coordinate with global and regional partners on marketing initiatives and product launches.
  • Address unmet needs of patients and clinicians with a patient-first approach.
  • Present updates and insights to leadership on marketing initiatives and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor adoption trends and partner with US business leaders to deepen market penetration.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience translating business objectives into marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple products and projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Office software.
  • Leadership and influence skills across teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for market visits and meetings.
