Job summary

Inherent Technologies is seeking a Senior Pega Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Pega applications on Azure. You will work closely with product, business, and technology teams in an agile environment to enable efficient business processes and improved user experiences.

The role requires 10+ years of Pega experience, SSA certification, and hands-on leadership to mentor engineers and guide architectural decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and developing scalable Pega applications.
• Healthcare and/or Customer Service experience a plus.
• Experience developing and deploying Pega applications on Azure or similar cloud platforms.
• PEGA Senior Systems Architect (SSA) certification required.
• Lead System Architect certification preferred.
• Strong expertise in Pega Case Management, Data Management & Integration, Decision Management, User Experience, Background Processing, Security & Systems Administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contributor to the engineering team building and supporting products and solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership, Product Managers, Designers, Test Automation teams, and business units.
• Participate in architectural design, system analysis, and software development activities.
• Develop maintainable, scalable, responsive, and secure applications.
• Own specifications, quality, deployments, monitoring, and production support.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure code quality using test-driven development and continuous delivery practices.
• Participate in code reviews and follow industry best practices.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Job Description

The Provider Management team is responsible for supporting the Provider Pega platform. As a Senior Pega Software Engineer, the resource will help build highly critical business processes. The role includes designing, building, delivering, and maintaining scalable products and applications while working closely with business, product, and technology teams in an agile environment. The position focuses on enabling efficient business processes and improved user experiences through technology.
