Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Pega Lead / Senior Pega Developer with 12+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade Pega applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform, strong case management and BPM knowledge, and the ability to lead complex implementations while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and enhance scalable applications using Pega PRPC / Pega Platform
  • Lead the implementation of case management and BPM workflows
  • Build and configure rules, flows, flow actions, decision tables, and decision trees
  • Develop and customize UI components including Sections, Harnesses, and Skins
  • Utilize low-code / no-code capabilities to deliver efficient and maintainable solutions
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
  • Design and develop reusable components while ensuring Pega guardrail compliance
  • Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST and SOAP services
  • Design and manage data models using Classes, Properties, and Data Pages
  • Create and optimize reports and dashboards using Report Definitions
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and code reviews
  • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment and production issues
  • Use Pega debugging tools such as Tracer, Clipboard, and Live UI
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and solution architecture
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across the team
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform
  • Case Management, Pega Rules Engine, Flows & Flow Actions, Decision Tables & Trees
  • UI Development (Sections, Harnesses, Skins), Reporting (Report Definitions)
  • Integrations (REST, SOAP, Connectors & Services), Data Modeling (Classes, Properties, Data Pages)
  • Strong understanding of Pega architecture, guardrails, and best practices
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead complex Pega implementations
  • Pega CSA / CSSA / CLSA certifications are preferred
