What You Will Do:

Provide innovative packaging designs for purchased parts, assemblies, and finished products, supporting multiple production programs. Develop packaging solutions, create designs using CREO 3D CAD, and support cost reduction and process improvements. Coordinate with engineering teams and conduct packaging performance testing.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s in STEM and at least 5 years relevant experience (advanced degrees may substitute).
• Experience with CREO, SolidWorks, or other CAD software.
• Project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of distribution environments, MIL STD 2073, hazardous materials shipping, lean manufacturing, shock and vibration testing.
• Excellent communication skills.
