Location: Remote (Territory: Western MA /Northern CT / Southern VT) **Sign-On Bonus or Relocation Assistance Available!** Opportunity In supportof our dynamic NE KBNA Sales Team, the Outside Sales Executive takes charge ofplanning, scheduling, conducting, and evaluating all field sales activitieswithin their territory. They become the key player in building and nurturingrelationships with Key Decision Makers, driving product, channel, and programsales initiatives at the field level. Specific Responsibilities
Their mission is to champion and service Kohler Co.plumbing products through distributors to builders, plumbers, contractors, andother specifiers and users, all while aligning with the company's goals,policies, and procedures. They also prepare the annual sales forecast andtackle special assignments and projects distributed by Branch Managers. Theirchannel focus adapts based on strategic sales goals and market opportunitiesdefined by the Branch and Business Development management teams.

Travel to trade shows,manufacturing plants, and customer visits as needed, approximately 10 -30%.

The salary range for this position is $87,700 - $109,600 plus a competitive half-yearly sales incentive bonus. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. This position may be eligible for an Area Salary Differential based on the location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vison, 401k, and pension with eligibility to participate in the car program.
