SENIOR ORACLE HCM DEVELOPER - REMOTE

ARC Group has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Oracle Developer with strong experience working with the HCM module. This position is 100% remote, aligned with Eastern time zone business hours. Job Description

As an Oracle PL/SQL Developer, you will be a key member of the Database Group, responsible for database support and back-end programming. You will maintain source code, technical documentation, and assist DBAs in database maintenance. Your expertise in Oracle database development will contribute to the successful implementation of our enterprise software product.

Qualifications

• Expert programming and troubleshooting skills
• Performance tuning and dynamic SQL skills
• Ability to review and modify code efficiently
• Experience with Oracle Versions 10g, 11g, 12c
• Strong knowledge of Oracle functions, procedures, triggers, packages, and performance tuning
• Compliance with V3 standards
• SQL performance tuning
• Mentoring or leadership experience
• 24x7 production support experience
• Experience with complex indexing strategies

Work Experience

Minimum 5+ years in IT with experience in technical design and coding.

Must-Have Skills

• Oracle HCM Cloud experience (HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI, Fast Formulas, Value Sets, OIC)
• Automated testing (Selenium or similar)
• Knowledge of Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management
• Data conversion experience to Oracle HCM Cloud

Education

Related Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
