AZAD is seeking a Remote Sr. Oracle Developer for a W2 Contract full-time position based in Austin, TX.
Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Assignment Duration: The initial assignment length is 6-months with a high probability of being extended.
Compensation & Benefits: The hourly compensation pay rate range is between $40.00 - $43.50. Benefits include Co-paid Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Cafeteria Plan, and 401k.
Essential Functions:
The Sr. Oracle Developer will perform advanced analysis involving supporting, improving, and enhancing the database and reports for a large project. This position requires strong SQL, PL/SQL, and Stored Procedures, along with extensive experience in integrating databases with Java applications. The worker will also devise approaches to solving complex problems, provide thought leadership, manage project scope, and provide ongoing updates on project status. The worker will also need to exhibit a high level of skill in data aggregation and analysis. Work assignments follow a defined software development life cycle (SDLC) process using an Agile-like approach for completing code changes for defined releases. This role works across multiple agency stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and efficacy of created reports.
