Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for the AV Rider Assistance & Dispatch unit, based on-site in the Metro Detroit area. You will manage day-to-day operations, oversee performance, billing, and P&L, and forecast resource needs.

You will lead a team of Operations Managers and Team Leads, coaching them in leadership and AV literacy to ensure safe and efficient operations. The role requires 2+ years in a senior ops role (or 7+ years in ops), autonomous vehicle experience, and readiness

Qualifications

• Two-plus years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager or seven-plus years as an Operations Manager in high-stakes or safety-critical environments (e.g., transportation, automotive, aviation).
• Autonomous Vehicle Experience is must.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Experience managing supervisors, as well as coaching and developing Teammates.
• 20% travel required to support market launches, conduct field audits, and meet with regional stakeholders.
• 100% on site availability ( Metro Detroit)

• Meet with Senior Management and clients as needed to grow the business.
• Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory and legal standards for autonomous transportation.

Salary Range:

• $97,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across our US locations. The "pay scale" provided is a good faith estimate of the range the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire. Actual salary will be determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and specific geographic location.

• Drive KPI excellence across specialized AV metrics, balancing technical Resolution Rates and Safety Benchmarks with business metrics like CSAT and AHT.
• You will meet with Senior Management and clients as needed to continue business growth.
• Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory and legal standards specific to autonomous transportation.
• We need someone who has the proven ability to scale operations, drive performance management, and foster employee retention.
• Own the hiring and talent development pipeline, identifying candidates with the "top-notch" analytical skills required to thrive in a fast-paced technology environment.
