Jobtailor in Detroit area is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a growing autonomous vehicle program. You will oversee performance, billing, P&L, and resource forecasting while guiding a team of Operations Managers and Team Leads.

Qualifications

• Two-plus years as Senior Operations Manager or seven-plus years as Operations Manager in high-stakes or safety-critical environments (e.g., transportation, automotive, aviation).
• Autonomous Vehicle Experience is must.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 20% travel required to support market launches, conduct field audits, and meet with regional stakeholders.
• 100% on site availability (Metro Detroit).
