Job Summary

The Senior Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiencies by leading critical projects under the direct guidance of the President and COO. This role focuses on optimizing processes, improving service delivery, and ensuring operational alignment with Matrix Providers’ strategic goals in the healthcare staffing industry. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented leader with a strong background in operations, project management, and healthcare staffing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Critical Project Management: Lead high-priority operational projects to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance candidate experience.
  • AI Process Optimization and Technology Enablement: Experienced with leveraging AI tools to improve operational performance across recruiting, onboarding, and client delivery. Proficiency in data analysis tools, BI Reporting, ATS/CRM systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business development, recruiting, finance, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to track project outcomes, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction, reporting progress to senior leadership.
  • Change Management: Drive adoption of new processes and technologies by developing training materials, communicating changes, and supporting staff through transitions.
  • Strategic Support: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the President and COO to inform decision-making and drive long-term operational success.
  • Market Adaptation: Analyze industry trends and client needs to recommend operational enhancements that maintain Matrix Providers’ competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of experience in operations, project management, or process improvement, preferably in healthcare staffing or a related industry.
    • Proven success in leading complex projects that drive operational efficiencies in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience working with senior leadership (e.g., C-suite) to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Skills:
    • Experienced with leveraging AI tools to improve operational efficiencies.
    • Expertise in process analysis and optimization, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
    • Familiarity with healthcare staffing operations, including recruiting, credentialing, and client delivery.
