We seek a Sr. Operations Client Partner to serve as the liaison between clients, the commercial team, and operational units.

Remote role based in the US. Candidates must reside within the US.

Job Description

The Sr. Operations Client Partner will advise and collaborate with both internal and external clients on operational matters, build trust in data quality, and manage client health and wellness.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of operational client requests related to database services, product coding, and data quality issues (excluding coverage & unusual trends).
  2. Act as the Operations SPOC for regional client health, developing and implementing wellness action plans with cross-functional teams.
  3. Communicate directly with clients, lead meetings with the Commercial team to discuss operational matters, and prepare relevant materials.
  4. Prioritize client assignments and projects to maximize value for NIQ and clients.
  5. Keep Commercial partners informed about operational activities, data challenges, and NIQ initiatives.
  6. Provide updates to management, including early identification of challenges and opportunities, and facilitate action plans.
  7. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of BAU maintenance tasks in collaboration with teams.
  8. Manage tickets and coordinate with Operations/Technology to resolve client queries efficiently.
  9. Participate in internal meetings related to client health and quality management, and develop quality improvement plans.
  10. Support escalation processes for urgent client issues, aligning mitigation strategies with clients and leadership.
  11. Propose improvements to client databases to enhance revenue, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  12. Identify gaps and suggest process improvements in client support.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in the CPG industry or related client roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to connect operational functions.
  • Understanding data flow from acquisition to delivery within NIQ systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience coaching others and working with senior leaders.
  • Prior experience with NIQ is preferred.
Additional Information

This role offers a competitive salary range of $76,500 - $100,000, depending on experience and location, with potential bonuses and benefits including health insurance, flexible working, and more.
