Project Types: Multi-Family (garden, podium, high-rise), mixed-use, large commercial

What We’re Looking For:

8+ years of experience managing ground-up multi-family or large commercial projects

Proven success delivering projects $20M+ from preconstruction through closeout

Strong background in high-density, multi-story, or high-rise structures

Leadership experience managing internal teams, subcontractors, and owners

Familiarity with Raleigh’s development market is a plus
