Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a track record of delivering high-rise and multi-family projects from the ground up?

One of the Southeast’s leading general contractors is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Raleigh, NC. This is a high-impact leadership role with an established builder known for its award-winning portfolio and strong pipeline of urban development projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading ground-up commercial and multi-family projects valued at $25M+
• Overseeing all phases of construction – from preconstruction to closeout
• Driving schedule, budget, and quality control
• Coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams
• Mentoring APMs and supporting long-term team growth

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial and/or multi-family construction
• Proven success managing high-rise or large-scale multi-family projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex budgets and fast-paced schedules
