Job Description

This position seeks an innovative, statistical, and flexible individual with mastery of planning and material master data, and how it controls MRP signals. The role involves helping with ECO cutovers, driving material actions to meet ECO dates and E&O goals. The candidate will collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, and Engineering teams to understand production demand and supply needs, balancing operational goals with Lean Manufacturing principles, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential.

Essential Job Duties
  1. Coordinate release of ECOs to ensure minimal impact on cutover, avoid E&O risks, and maintain financial accountability across multiple BUs.
  2. Integrate MCFs in the MSRB forum into the SOE.
  3. Audit Material Master settings to ensure alignment with set parameters, BU DOP, and specifications.
  4. Ensure MRP stability, including weekly churns and cleanups.
  5. Allocate component materials across factories based on demand and supply priorities.
  6. Verify component material availability aligns with production schedules using 'what-if' simulations.
  7. Coordinate with warehouse staff on storage, Kanban bin sizing, material presentation, and protection.
  8. Collaborate with other departments regarding APM management across use cases.
  9. Act as the single point of contact for the business unit, representing planning at meetings and coordinating with R&D, PMO, and ME on material planning and part revisions.
  10. Manage SAP PPDS/MDG configurations with SMEs through the ERP change process.
  11. Conduct S&OP and scenario planning to proactively identify supply constraints.
  12. Identify root causes and implement corrective actions for systemic issues affecting inventory health.
  13. Audit and govern yield and scrap settings for FG and raw materials.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience with MRP and SAP software.
  • Negotiation, forecasting, and analytics skills.
  • Knowledge of Change Control processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects successfully.
Required Education and Training
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; a 4-year degree in Business Management, Logistics, or Engineering is preferred.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but includes coaching and mentoring.
  • APICS & Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

Our compensation packages are market-competitive, including base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. Actual pay depends on experience and qualifications. The salary ranges are:

  • Region 1: $126,900 - $182,500 USD
  • Region 2: $107,800 - $155,200 USD
