Senior Medical Equipment Planner-Remote Work Eligible

Join IMEG, formerly KJWW, as a Senior Medical Equipment Planner. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and involves leading design efforts for complex projects, acting as a project manager or lead medical equipment planner. The position requires close collaboration with project teams to provide planning solutions, manage project budgets, and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee projects of varying sizes and complexities
• Assess equipment needs through client interface and site evaluations
• Assist in proposal development, contract review, and client relationship management
• Develop project schedules, lead meetings, and ensure milestone achievement
• Conduct equipment assessments and develop cost estimates
• Write MEQ specifications, analyze vendor bids, and manage change orders

Required Skills and Experience

• Leadership in project management and technical proficiency in Medical Equipment Planning
• Mentoring and client relationship skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office; BIM experience required

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or design fields with a minimum of 6 years of experience, or
• Associate degree/certificate with 8+ years of experience in the industry

Additional Information

This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Salary range is $104,000 - $159,000, with benefits including health insurance, PTO, flexible scheduling, and more. Travel up to 60% may be required.
