Material Handler

We are looking for a Material Handler to join our EST team!

As our Material Handler, you will perform the physical and/or administrative tasks involved in the order fulfillment, manufacturing, storing, and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with machine shop experience to progress within a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment focused on quality and teamwork!

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure workflow through the production and assembly area.
• Assist as needed to meet demands.
• Pull and issue parts and materials to meet ship dates.
• Work safely and efficiently in a production environment.
• Pull and issue inventoried parts for assembly.
• Learn and assist in assembly of products.
• Operate bandsaw, belt sander, wire wheel; process parts through production.
• Learn to use measuring equipment such as dial calipers and gauges.

Qualifications:

• 10 months of relevant manufacturing experience, ideally with machine shop tools like bandsaw, belt sander, or wire wheel.
• Ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to read job documentation and engineering drawings.
• Experience with measurement equipment.

Preferred:

• Experience with inventory management.
