Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of financial work experience.
• Understanding of Government Compliance.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot, lookups, and VBA.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing activity for proposals and submittals.
• Understand customer requirements through RFPs and requests.
• Collaborate with proposal teams to develop material estimating strategy.
• Select pricing methods (PO history, quotes) for items in the proposal.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with bills of materials and cost estimating relationships (CERs).
• Support risk and opportunity assessment during proposal estimating.
