Job summary

Hireproo LLC is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise marketing automation solutions and customer journeys. You will bridge business objectives with technical execution and establish scalable SFMC governance across the ecosystem.

You will architect and support integrations via APIs and Marketing Cloud Connector, work across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio, and apply AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, and HTML to deliver

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Email Studio, and Audience Builder.
• Development experience using AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, and HTML.
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and Marketing Cloud Connector capabilities.
• Experience with SFMC architecture and solution design.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or related Salesforce ecosystem platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical SME for Marketing Cloud initiatives; architect, design, develop and deliver enterprise marketing automation solutions.
• Bridge business objectives and technical execution; establish scalable solutions, platform governance and best practices across the SFMC ecosystem.
• Architect scalable SFMC solutions that support current needs and future growth.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Email Studio, and Audience Builder.
• Translate complex business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions; design personalized communications with AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, and data extensions.
• Architect and support integrations using APIs, Marketing Cloud Connector, Data Cloud, and related Salesforce technologies.
