  • Oversee physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion alarms, and guard force operations.
  • Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests to identify risk areas and implement corrective actions.

  • Serve as the primary liaison with local law enforcement, emergency responders, and external security partners.
  • Own regional security budget (systems, vendors, guard services), including RFP/vendor selection, contract SLAs, and cost-to-risk optimization.
  • Oversee contract security personnel, ensuring consistent performance, staffing levels, and adherence to company standards.
  • Support new facility openings, remodels, and expansions by designing and implementing security infrastructure.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen asset protection, reduce shrink, and enhance overall security culture.

  • Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to convey security expectations clearly to all levels of the organization.
  • Proven critical thinking and decision-making abilities under pressure, including during emergency or crisis events.
  • Strong data orientation: able to analyze patterns, shrink metrics, and incident trends to drive proactive action.
