Signet Jewelers Limited seeks an experienced Visual Merchandising leader to elevate in-store presentation across our 1,100+ stores, including Coppell area. You will own VM readiness for new, repositioned, and renovated locations and drive brand standards with field calibration and data-driven insights.

You will conduct calibration visits, feed field insights into planograms and training, and support annual planogram cycles. Travel will be required based on seasonality and business needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Visual Merchandising, store operations or related field.
• Experience training, coaching, and calibrating field teams to execute brand standards.
• Strong analytical, observation and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead Visual Merchandising preparation and readiness activities for new, repositioned, and renovated stores.
• Conduct calibration visits to approximately 10% of stores annually (about 110 of 1,100), document observations, and provide recommendations.
• Feed field insights into the planogram process and training content, including recommendations for Planogram and Training teams.
• Provide Visual Merchandising field support during annual planogram implementation cycles (typically 3-4 months, twice per year).
• Partner with the Sr. Manager, Store Development & Space Planning to ensure seamless coordination of store opening timelines, project milestones, and handoffs.
• Build strong relationships with field leadership to reinforce brand standards and drive consistent execution.
• Develop and maintain standardized store visit documentation and calibration criteria.
